This Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, protected and retained when you browse, shop, contact us, participate in marketing, use a wellness quiz or request nutrition guidance.
This policy should be read with any specific consent notice displayed at the point of collection. Some privacy rights and duties under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025 take effect in phases; we will apply the law as it becomes applicable.
Identity and contact information: name, email, phone number and billing or shipping address.
Transaction information: items ordered, order amount, invoice, payment status, delivery status, store credits, any legally required refunds and customer-support history.

Our products and services are not directed to children for independent purchase. Parents or guardians should supervise purchases and provision of information by minors. We will apply age-related consent and other safeguards as required by applicable law.
