Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BestSource Nutrition Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction and product safety are our priorities. Due to the nature of nutritional and dietary supplement products, we maintain strict return and refund guidelines to ensure product quality, hygiene, and customer safety.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order on our website.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order:

  • Before the product has been shipped, or
  • Within 4 hours of placing the order, whichever is earlier.

If the cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation Not Allowed

Orders cannot be cancelled:

  • After 4 hours of order placement, or
  • Once the order has been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing the order.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons, all products sold on BestSource Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. are generally non-returnable.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Consumable nutritional supplements
  • Products with tampered packaging
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers may request a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product received is damaged,
  • Defective,
  • Expired, or
  • An incorrect item was delivered.

Reporting Timeframe

Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery of the order.

Requests submitted after the 3-day period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Conditions for Approval

To process the request, the product must:

  • Be unused,
  • Be returned in its original packaging,
  • Include all labels, seals, and accessories,
  • Include proof/images of the issue if requested.

BestSource Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to verify the claim before approving any refund or replacement request.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Please note that the final credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed through:

  • Bank transfer via NEFT, or
  • Paper cheque.

To process NEFT refunds, customers must provide:

  • Account holder name
  • Bank account number
  • IFSC code
  • Bank name and branch details
  • Copy of cancelled cheque/Passbook Front Page.

Refunds can only be issued to an account belonging to the customer who placed the order.

7. Expired or Invalid Payment Methods

If the original payment method used during purchase is no longer valid or active, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or cheque after verification.

Our support team may contact you to collect updated refund details.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the estimated timeframe:

  • Please check your bank account or payment provider status.
  • Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
  • If the issue still persists, contact our support team for assistance.

9. Return Shipping

In cases where a return is approved due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, our customer support team will guide you regarding the return process and shipping instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

10. Right to Refuse Returns

BestSource Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse refund or return requests if:

  • The request does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy,
  • The product has been used or tampered with,
  • The return request is made after the allowed timeframe,
  • Evidence provided is insufficient or misleading.
