I wanted to give my honest reviews, so what i have noticed to that while working out whenever i used to lift heavy weights, the main concern for me was the recovery part. So i used to take it during bedtime & early in the morning i used to feel my body is fully recovered. Before using this capsules it would take 2-3 days for my soreness & Fatigue to go away . Now after taking this it just takes 6-8 hours, I think it was because it has a really goood composition of ingredients.
